~ We actually try to avoid embroidering on customers’ personal items. There’s always a chance that the machine will “hiccup” and create a design that’s unacceptable. If it’s our item, we would be able to replace it and provide an exceptional product back to you.

A quick embroidery story:
A few years ago, I was making a baby shower gift and wanted to embroider the baby’s name and birth date on the fleece blanket. At the time, we didn’t have an embroidery machine so we took the blanket to an embroidery shop. We went to pick up the blanket a few days later and were SHOCKED that the cost of (at most) 10 letters and 6 numbers was $40! I thought they were nuts! We paid for the work but never went back.
This is why we wanted to add the embroidery option to our business. Our objective is to add a little something extra to your gift so its personal yet avoid the excessive embroidery fees associated with some other companies.

Shipping
~ Once we confirm your order and payment, we'll start on your gift. We request 4-5 days to complete the project PLUS the amount of time to ship the item(s) USPS. So allow yourself about 10 days when you're thinking about placing an order.
~ With that said, we try our best to work with every situation and understand that last minute gifts are always in demand. Just contact us and we'll see what we can do.
